Privacy Policy
1 – Scope
The Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, complemented by the Terms and Conditions of Use, is intended to regulate the processing of personal data to be carried out by InovFarmer.MED.
2 – Collected Data
(1) Data provided directly by the holder;
(2) Data collected within the scope of the relationship established with the holder of such data;
(3) Personal data requested from the holder processed with their consent;
(4) Personal data transferred to you as a subcontractor.
3 – Object
The processing of personal data includes, in particular, the registration, collection, consultation, use, adaptation, modification, storage, destruction of data, among other operations.
4 – Purposes
The use of the collected data has the following purposes, namely: (1) For the purpose of the project activity (2) to provide information about products, services, marketing activities, campaigns, promotions, statistical purposes and personalized content, with prior consent for this purpose.
5 – Legislation
InovFarmer.MED guarantees the processing of personal data in accordance with the legislation in force regarding its collection, treatment, use, disclosure, storage and privacy
6 – Untreated data
InovFarmer.MED will not process personal data that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as the processing of genetic data, biometric data to identify a person in a unambiguous, data relating to health or data relating to the sexual life or sexual orientation of the holder.
7 – Collection
Personal data may only be collected if: the data subject requests a service, responds to a survey, requests more information through a form and/or chatbot or exchanges electronic correspondence with InovFarmer.MED. Or is transferred to us on behalf of a controller within the scope of a contractual relationship in which InovFarmer.MED is a subcontractor.
The non-provision or partial provision of personal data by the holder may limit or prevent the performance of the services.
8 – Consent to receive information
The data owner will give his prior consent regarding the reception of commercial communications for marketing purposes, being granted the right to object, at any time, by means of a written communication addressed to InovFarmer.MED. Said commercial information may be sent by InovFarmer.MED, via email, telephone, SMS or any other means of electronic communication, social networking websites, Web 2.0, any mobile phone content or method.
9 – Transmission
In addition to the obligations referred in the applicable law for data protection or the safeguarding and protection of its own interests, or within the scope of contractual performance of a service provision, InovFarmer.MED will not share any personal data with third parties.
10 – Technical and organizational measures
InovFarmer.MED has technical and organizational measures suitable for the protection of processed data, namely against unauthorized access or any other form of illegal or unlawful treatment. InovFarmer.MED guarantees, in addition to the internal security and protection measures of its facilities, the limitation of access to personal data only to its employees for the fulfillment of the processing purposes.
11 – Rights of Owners
The data subject is granted the right of access and rectification of the processed data, being able, at any time, to withdraw consent for the treatment and request the erasure of the data, by means of a written communication addressed to InovFarmer.MED to: info@inovfarmer-med .org.
12 – Deadline
InovFarmer.MED will make reasonable efforts to ensure that it retains data about the subject only for the time necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required under any contract or applicable legislation, within a maximum period of 5 (five) years, or other that specific legislation requires.
13 – Applicability
InovFarmer.MED’s privacy and personal data protection policies apply to the processing of personal data carried out within the scope of its commercial activities and its provision of services, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, loyalty and transparency.
